Gear Suggestions and Requirements
Although mouth guards are not required, they are highly encouraged in order to prevent concussions and other injuries.

Soccer and Football cleats may be used for rugby, but boots with a spike on the front tow WILL NOT be allowed on the pitch.
For practice, rugby jerseys and shorts are not required, but encouraged.
